H. B. Shaghasi has attained a Dual Bachelor Degree of Politics & International Relations from the University of Canberra after graduating from Habibia High School. Mr. Shaghasi has also completed an M. B. A Master of Business Administration (Leadership) in Australia, and M. P. P Master of Politics and Policy from Deakin University, and is currently a University Tutor.
